FairStars Audio Converter offers adequate compatibility with different file formats, although it isn’t able to convert any of the file types used by Apple and their iPod MP3 players, such as the AAC or M4A format. FairStars offers the ability to configure the channel, bit rate and sampling rate of the file being converted, and it’s also one of the few programs that allow user-defined normalizing for songs. But FairStars doesn’t do much more than that.
FairStars does have pretty good tech support, with the standard email support option along with FAQs and guides. But even with good support, FairStars just isn’t a good enough audio converter to make it into our top 10 list.
